Terms & Conditions

1. All Khalko Cabs bookings are on a prepaid basis and are calculated based on distance (in kilometers) and duration (in hours).

2. To confirm a cab booking, the customer must pay 10% of the total fare in advance. The remaining balance must be paid before the ride begins.

3. Before starting the ride, the customer must present the payment invoice to the cab driver.

4. Any additional usage of the cab beyond the booked time or distance will be charged based on extra hours and kilometers.

5. In the event of a breakdown or unavoidable circumstances, Khalko Cabs reserves the right to replace the vehicle.

6. In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall be the Court of Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
