Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 1. To cancel a booking with Khalko Cabs, the customer must call +91 9679511179 and also send a WhatsApp message to the same number.

• 2. Cancellation charges are as follows:
  o More than 6 hours before the scheduled ride: A 3% service charge will be deducted.
  o 1 to 6 hours before the ride: 25% of the fare will be deducted.
  o Less than 1 hour before the ride: No refund will be provided.

• 3. The refund amount, if applicable, will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 business days.
